Her breadth and depth in human resources activities have been achieved through the senior, general and specialist positions both in her home UK environment and Switzerland.

Alison established Saltire Conseils Sàrl in 2007 and provides management consulting and coaching solutions to businesses and individuals.Alison has a BA (hons) in Psychology, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is a certified coach.
