It might sound incredible, but one of the most progressive business schools in the world is situated in Lausanne. Business School Lausanne (BSL) has led the field in many areas of business education.

Whereas most other schools still have academics teaching, BSL faculty are all current, successful, business practitioners. Instead of listening to boring lectures the learning at BSL is by participation in a discussion, with a maximum of 20 people sitting around a conference table.

For a third consecutive year BSL ranks amongst the Best European Business Schools and 3^rd in Switzerland. With only 67 European schools selected in the top 200 ranking, Switzerland is represented with three internationally recognized business schools ranked among their European and global peers. In 2009/10 five Swiss schools made the ranking, in 2010/11 only four.
