As noted in the ‘How We Use Your Personal Data’ section of this policy, we occasionally process your personal information using 'legitimate interest’ as the legal basis to process your data. Where this is the case, we have carried out a thorough Legitimate Interests’ Assessment (LIA) to ensure that we have weighed your interests and any risk posed to you against our own interests, ensuring that they are proportionate and appropriate.

We use the 'legitimate interest’ legal basis for processing our mailing lists and have identified that our interests are to offer our client information about upcoming Executives International events, workshops, news and offers.
