Our Featured Member this Month is Alain Le Berre, a French national who arrived from London with his family in 2010 and now lives in Arzier. He quickly saw the value in joining Executives International after being introduced to our organization by the venerable Ilja Feldstein.
Alain held various senior management and advisory positions in industry (notably as a CFO or CRO in Germany and in France), private equity and finance with renowned institutions such as The Boston Consulting Group, Andersen (Partner) and Ernst & Young (Partner). For 6 years, Alain was Managing Director for a listed Merchant Bank in the City of London and then European Managing Director for two US-based listed financial consultancies.
Alain holds a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Paris and an M.B.A. (cum laude) from INSEAD.
In 2010, Alain started AlpahaConsulting (www.alpaha-consulting.com), a Corporate Finance and Strategic Advisory business, which focuses on:
- Accelerated and complex M&A;
- Financial Restructuring and Debt Advisory;
- Operational Restructuring, Turnaround and Operational Improvement;
- Litigation Advisory and Damage Valuations;
- Private Equity and Family Offices advisory;
- Non-Executive Boards advisory.
