A New Chapter for Executives International

Dear Members of the Executives International Community,

On Monday of this week, after having had the pleasure to lead our venerable organization for six years as President and eight years before that as Vice-President, I formally announced to our Committee that I was retiring as President of Executives International.

Our capable, hard-working and creative Committee will make the transition to a new era seamlessly and enthusiastically. I am grateful to have worked with selfless colleagues who organized and managed dozens of unparalleled events each year, faithfully continuing the long-held tradition of Executives International which was founded in 1968. My heartfelt thanks to all present Committee Members and those who have served in the past.

The Committee has appointed Mr. Mark Kissack as the Interim President who has our full support and endorsement. Mark, a long time Committee Member, has been instrumental in advising sound financial practices for EI. Mark and I worked closely together to make sure EI maintained a sustainable financial footing.

The new President will be elected at the Association General Meeting, to be held by the end of February 2025. Nominees must be full Members of Executives International and the nomination process is now officially open.

The Committee has asked me to remain on the Committee and I look forward to assist in keeping Executives International a vibrant and important fixture in the Lac Léman region of Switzerland and beyond.

With warm regards,
Tom Rosenfield
