Ernst is talking about his just published book “Secrets of Entrepreneurship – Revealed by those who did it”

What can we learn from these 50 entrepreneurs in the book, who have successfully transformed themselves from employees to entrepreneurship?

A first and general result:
“Sustainable professional growth needs inner transformation. We learn who we are when in action on the market place, not from behind a computer screen. Letting go of what was our life before, leads us to a new beginning”.

• Do you need to be a born entrepreneur to start your own business?
• What are the typical trigger points that made people think about a change?
• How did they find the courage for an entrepreneurial role outside a company?
• What helped them on the road to realize their plan?
• What was difficult and what were the major challenges?
• Would they do the change again? What has happened since?
