Notice is hereby given of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Executives International (EI) to be held online by Zoom on Monday 26 October 2026 at 6pm CET. If you can attend please REGISTER HERE

Please find attached the formal notice of the EGM, Proxy form and notes and the current statutes (rules) of EI.

Interim Committee/Team EI
As you may know EI has been run by with an interim committee since the resignation of Mark Kissack as president and treasurer in May 2026. The interim committee consists of Elvira Booth (President), Tracy Starr (Vice-President), Kelly Logan (Treasurer) and Tom Rosenfield (Director).

Additionally, the following persons are advisors and/or active in the organization of EI (what we call with the committee "Team EI", John Fearn (Honorary Life President), Marianna Favre, Marc Checkley, Nicolas Meyer and Kristiina Urban.

Reason for the EGM

To update on business/activities since May 2026
To elect a new committee.
To adopt new statutes (this includes a proposal for the office of President to also be a Co-Presidency)
